Any Suggestions?

How uncomfortable can you get.  I know car seats are safe for the children but with her neck all to the side I really worried about her safety if we were rear ended or had some kind of accident.  Does anyone know if there is an additional neck roll or something you can purchase to keep her head up straight and safe. I bunched up a blanket at one point and tried to even out her neck... five
